Defective or Damaged Dresses
We at Q LOOK BRIDAL personally inspect every gown for defect or damage and take photographs before it is shipped to the customer. We do not have our gowns drop shipped directly to the customer for this reason. If you notice damage or defect on your gown, you must notify us IMMEDIATELY (no later than 3 days from receipt). We will then have you return the item to be inspected by one of our staff members. If we find that the item is damaged or defected, we will have new merchandise sent out to you as quickly as possible. If we find that the item is not damaged in any way, or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. We will cover the shipping charges on items we deem to be damaged or defected. We will not cover shipping or insurance if we find there is nothing wrong with the item. |
Refused or Undeliverable Dresses
Are considered as a return and will incur the restocking fee of 25% or $50.00 as mentioned in the refund section above. |
Clearance and Discontinued Dresses
These gowns are final sale and may not be returned for exchange or refund. |
Bridal Gown - Exchanges
Any customer may exchange a gown ONE TIME ONLY for a minimal service charge of 10% or $25.00, whichever is greater. Custom hollow to hem or custom lenght orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the order is placed with the manufactuer.
- You must contact us within 3 calendar days of the gown being delivered to you to receive an exchange authorization number. You may contact us by email, live chat, or phone.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- We must receive the item within 7 business days of issuing the exchange authorization.
- When we receive the gown, we will issue an in-store credit. The amount of the credit will be the original total paid, less the service charge mentioned above, less shipping charges. The credit may be used for anything on our web site. The credit will be good for SIX MONTHS. If the credit is not used within six months, it will be forfeited.
- We will only offer this option ONE SINGLE TIME per customer. Any additional exchanges will incur the service charge mentioned in the REFUND section below.

Bridal Gown - Refunds
You may return the gown for a refund back to your credit card or original payment type. Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to return gowns to the manufacturer. Therefore, ALL gowns that are returned for a refund will be charged a restocking fee of 50% or $50.00, whichever is greater.
- You must contact us within 3 calendar days of the gown being delivered to you to receive a return authorization number. You may contact us by email, live chat, or phone.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- We must receive the item within 7 business days of issuing the exchange authorization.
- When we receive the gown, we will issue a credit back to your credit card or issue a check for orders that were paid by money order or cashier check. The amount of the credit will be the original total paid, less the restocking fee mentioned above, less shipping charges. Please allow 15 days for processing.

- Shoes may be returned for EXCHANGE or IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY. They must be in brand new, unworn condition.
